I am super pleased to report that Pink Ballerina is almost ready for release. This novel about a photographer who by happenstance takes a series of photos of a woman doing impromptu ballet moves on a beach, came about when after taking a similar set of photographes, I asked what-if. What if this photographer tries to find out who she is? What if during this search he discovers he knew her all along? What if finding out all he can about her will threaten the new life he’s trying to build around a pursuit of art and beauty? What if she ties directly to a past he’d rather forget?

The rest is history. Nine months, many drafts and painful rewrites later, I am going through the final edits. Just as fulfilling, one of those original photographs I took provides the principal visual for the novel’s book cover.
